Executive Director of Gracie Mansion Conservancy, Paul Gunther, will lead a one-hour tour concentrating on the architecture of this rare surviving example of a Federal-era wood frame house built as a county retreat in 1799 by Scottish immigrant and successful trader Archibald Gracie.
