Oct 10 at 2–3pm
Museum at Eldridge Street, 12 Eldridge St, New York, NY 10002
Organized by Museum at Eldridge Street

This tour of the Museum at Eldridge Street focuses on the architectural history of its landmark synagogue building. Built in 1887, it was nearly lost to neglect in the mid-1900s. A 20 year, $20 million restoration united meticulous research, period craftsmanship and contemporary solutions.

NYC’s architecture and design month features hundreds of events, tours, and exhibitions organized by more than 60 partners across the five boroughs.
