With the highest concentration of coworking spaces in the country, New York City is a key influencer in this rapidly evolving category.

Various typologies of coworking have emerged, serving new niches and populations. New models and partnerships continue to be tested and developed as new data is collected.

Our NYC-based panelists represent various professional roles: designer, developer, and operator. The panel will explore this rapidly shifting industry, sharing recent findings, design strategies, emerging research techniques and resulting data, and their projections for the near future.
