A panel discussion will be organized in collaboration with James Beard Foundation to address urban waste challenges and solutions, and share knowledge and good practices to reduce and manage the wastes. Panelists will include experts on food waste management, as well as activists and entrepreneurs engaged in finding creative and effective links between food waste management and poverty reduction.
